1. Processing of Data

• Looped does not collect any user data.
• Everything is stored locally on the user’s device.
• We also do not collect any usage information. Nothing in the Looped App is transferred via the internet, except for the Privacy Policy and the Imprint Page. When opening these, only the data from the website is transferred to the device requesting the page.

2. Data Storage

• Developer (Manuel Julian Asbeck Technologie) does not have access to any data of the user.
• We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Apple’s first-party on-device data storage solution (SwiftData), that we use for storing the user data.

3. Security

• NO usage, user or private DATA IS SHARED WITH ANYONE.
• Up until the current version, we are NOT USING THIRD-PARTY-SOFTWARE which accesses or parses your private information, if this changes in the future, it will be mentioned here.
• The developer of Looped is only using Apple’s first-party storage solution to STORE DATA LOCALLY on your device.
• We do NOT USE ANY TRACKING-SOFTWARE, often referred to as “Cookies”
